Amid the chaos and uncertainty of the pandemic in 2020, we met by chance, and that is how our story began.

Although our families had known each other for many years, life only decided to bring our paths together at that moment.

And all it took was one meeting for everything to change.

Shortly after we started dating, Flavio found out that he had been accepted into an MBA program in the United States. What could have been a moment of uncertainty only strengthened our conviction that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together.

In August 2021, Flavio moved to Boston, and shortly thereafter, less than a year into our relationship, Vivi also moved there to pursue her long-awaited master’s degree.

Then, in August 2023, we fulfilled another dream together and moved to New York City. Today, we continue building our life together in this vibrant and wonderful city that we love so much.

On September 14, 2024, came the long-awaited proposal—one of the happiest moments of our lives.

We are incredibly grateful to celebrate this special moment with our beloved family and the dear friends we have met along the way in Franca, Campinas, Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Boston, and New York.

We can’t wait to celebrate with you in November!
